Who will you trust?

At this election who will you place your trust in for another three years? Will it be someone with a long track record of misleading us all? We can stand up for honesty and integrity. It's time we do exactly that.

Check YOUR facts LeahBodhi
For someone who works in the Australian Workplace Authority you sure don't know lots about employment law. Is it actually a service for people to get advice on their legal rights or just a phone in service to receive Liberal Party propaganda?
You're right, AWAs do have statutory minimum requirments.
However AWAs can undercut the conditions that would previously have been required by a Federal Award. The no-disadvantage test between AWAs and awards was removed in the Workchoices legislation.
So heaps of workers who were previously on federal awards couls find themselves worse off. Their are stacks of documented cases of this happening.
Is anyone else disturbed by the fact that a public servant is posting on this site listing their place of work? You're either breaching the APS code of conduct and should watch yourself or you're being paid to do it.
