The modern maternity care system is in disarray... with overservicing, high intervention, and high cost.
Midwives, working alongside the women they serve, will light the way to better birth.

zevonna What an awesome video. So concise and to the point. Women in Australia have very little chance of recieving this care, even tho this is our right. It is thought hospital/medical care for pregnancy is safest, but that is not the case. Woman centered care has much safer outcomes. Ask women who have experienced it they will tell you what they want. Government need to listen to women about what is needed
