Women in Australia

Women are 51% of the population, yet too many of our needs are still ignored. Barriers to pay and promotion still exist for women, just because they are women. And access to income and services can become a real problem for women with children. For Australia to be truly democratic, we need our politicians and parties to recognise that women need support to allow them to fully participate in society. We will all benefit.
